A few years ago, I received a beautiful bead bracelet as a gifT I loved it so much that I wore it almost daily. Unfortunately, one day the bracelet broke as a result of wearing it doing some heavy lifting (a No – No). I was devastated and didn’t know what to do since it held so much sentimental value to me. I decided to take matters into my own hands and began to research ways to repair the bracelet. I watched numerous tutorials on repairing jewelry and decided to put what I learned into practice. After a few attempts, I was able to fix the bracelet and it looked as good as new.
After the successful repair, something sparked inside me and I began to wonder if I could make my own jewelry. I bought a bead kit and started experimenting with different patterns and styles. I made a few bead bracelets and wore them out, and people started to ask me where I got them.
What We Do
That was my “aha!” moment, and I realized that I could make a living selling my own bead bracelets. I started showcasing my creations on social media and received positive feedback from my followers. I even received requests from people who wanted to purchase one for themselves or as a gift for someone else.
Our Mission
As demand for my bead bracelets grew, I decided to take the next step and turn my passion into a business. I named my company Jorsim Designs after my two children’s middle names, Jordan and Simone, and began to sell my creations online. Now, my business is expanding even further as I plan to add apparel and footwear to my product range. Jorsim Designs has come a long way, and I am so proud of what I’ve accomplished. I’m grateful for the success I’ve achieved and for the opportunity to share my creativity with people worldwide.
